3. Sandbox Environment
3.1. Access: Access to the Sandbox Environment is granted to businesses with accepted proposals. You agree to abide by Sandbox guidelines, safety protocols, and city regulations during testing.
3.2. Data Collection: Urban Lab may collect data related to your technology's performance during Sandbox testing. This data may be used for analysis and improvement.
3.3. Safety: You are responsible for the safe deployment of your technology within the Sandbox Environment. Urban Lab is not liable for any accidents or damages resulting from testing.
4. Privacy Policy
By using Urban Lab, you acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. Ownership: You retain ownership of your intellectual property rights related to your technology. Urban Lab does not claim ownership of your proposals or technologies.
5.2. License: By submitting a proposal, you grant Urban Lab a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display your proposal for promotional and evaluation purposes.
6. Community Engagement
You are encouraged to engage with the local community during Sandbox testing to gather feedback and address concerns. Respect for the community is essential.
7. Termination
Urban Lab reserves the right to terminate your account and access to the platform at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that is harmful or disruptive.
8. Limitation of Liability
Urban Lab is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform or Sandbox Environment.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
